Aura Cloud provides managed public cloud on AWS, Azure and GCP, private cloud, VPS and dedicated servers, GPU servers, business email, backup and disaster recovery, cyber security, and application hosting for Tally, SAP Business One and ERP.

By default your data is stored in Indian data centre regions (Mumbai and Hyderabad). If you need a specific region for regulatory or latency reasons, we will provision there instead.

Our standard SLA is 99.99% monthly uptime on managed cloud and dedicated infrastructure, measured externally, with service credits if we miss it.

A standard VPS is live within 30 minutes of confirmation. Dedicated and GPU servers typically take 24 to 48 hours depending on the configuration.

Yes. Migration from on-premise or any other hosting provider is included on annual plans. We run discovery, dependency mapping, a pilot move and a planned cutover during working hours.
