We started in 2026 with a narrow idea: most businesses do not want a cloud console, they want their applications to work and someone to call when they do not. Everything we built since follows from that.
How we work
Every managed account gets a named engineer, a documented architecture, a written RPO and RTO, and a monthly report showing uptime, incidents, backup status and cost. Updates and migrations are scheduled inside working hours with the full team present - never overnight, never unattended.
What we will not do
We do not oversell capacity, we do not lock customers into multi-year contracts to make the numbers look better, and we do not mark up hyperscaler billing without saying so.
